AI and third-party APIs

AI Brand Pulse relies on third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity) to generate and analyse content. Those providers have their own terms, usage limits and reliability characteristics. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of their services.

No guarantees

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the metrics, scores or analysis are complete, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

Data you provide

You remain responsible for any brand names, domains, questions or other content you submit. Do not upload confidential information or any data you are not allowed to share.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
